The bill provides $3.3 million, less the amount paid for the repayment of Medicaid liens, for the care of Aubrey Stewart due to injuries sustained by Aubrey Stewart as a result of the negligence of the City of Jacksonville in the maintenance of trees and failing to remedy a known dangerous condition. The funds are to be paid by the City of Jacksonville into the Aubrey Javaris Stewart Special Needs Trust in installments over three years.

If approved by the Governor, or allowed to become law without the Governor's signature, these provisions take effect upon becoming law.
