Senate Rules
The Florida Senate rules are adopted at the beginning of each legislative term pursuant to Article III, Section 4 of the State Constitution, which provides that each house shall determine its own rules of procedure. Copies of the current Florida Senate Rules and Manual, which contain the Senate rules, a list of Senate officers and members, germanity standards, forms of common motions, and the State Constitution, are available in the Senate Services Center, 301 Capitol, (850) 487-5915.
