This bill provides $470,000 for the relief of Monica Cantillo Acosta and $470,000 for the relief of Luis Alberto Cantillo Acosta, surviving children of Nhora Acosta, to compensate them for the wrongful death of Nhora Acosta as a result of the negligence of an employee of Miami-Dade County arising out of a motor vehicle accident.
If approved by the Governor, or allowed to become law without the Governor's signature, these provisions take effect upon becoming law.
