Project Description:

Cobblestone is a partnership with SEA and private business to build a community designed to support the needs of people with dev. dis. through an integrated neighborhood.� The community center is the basis for that support and includes multiple services (healthcare, therapy, daycare, respite, supported employment, recreation, nutrition, meeting opportunities, and community gatherings).

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

The goal is to create Cobblestone where each resident has the choice and opportunity to achieve his or her full potential, share a happy, productive life among family, friends, and peers, and to comfortably interact within the neighborhood and surrounding communities.
