Project Description:

The project will produce a financially viable plan and construction drawing for an automated system to move passengers and their baggage between the airport, seaport, and convention center, and possibly adjoining cities. This multi-modal project could potentially benefit over 14-million airport passengers, provide over 3-million cruise ship passengers trips, and serve an untold number of travelers connecting to neighboring city transit systems. The project, located in teh legislative Districts of Senator Steven Geller and Representative Tim Ryan, offers statewide benefit. It epitomizes the TOP Advisory Council's very mission, which is to enhance Florida's economic growth and competitiveness and improve travel choices to ensure mobility.
