Will support revitalization within Pensacola by attracting business, specifically into designated redevelopment and revitalization areas, by providing financing for improvement to commercial and/or industrial properties to offset the current disincentive of bringing those properties up to current standards.

Thriving, growing urban businesses with the city, new employment opportunities, renovation of deteriorated or underutilized commercial properties.
