Expand area of direct service, consolidate operations, and repalce aged structure.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

A single Central Office for the Brevard CDH would increase the efficiency and efficacy of service delivery for the client and increase support for the staff.� Communication and supervision between service delivery teams. mid-level supervisors and management would also be increased buy better access to clinics, services, and staff.
