Project Description:

Care for infants to elderly (Child & Adult Day Care ALF).� The facility will house a limited amount of long-term care for senior citizens and twenty-four hour care for infants through elderly while supplying them with certain necessary medical needs.� We also, will provide a recreational facility, which can be used for community meetings, church and family activities.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

The program's success will be measured by development grouth of yout enrolled in the dycare program and services delivery to adults.� A standardized growth chart will be used to determine development progress for daycare.� The rate of enrollment and care of participants will determine the overall success rate.� With the support of the communiyt, assistance and contributions from individuals and corporations will help us to be successful in providing our services.
