Project Description:

Improvement will provide an alternative parallel (east-west) corridor to CR 466 in both Lake and Sumter Counties.� The two extra lanes will provide the necessary additional capacity to relieve traffic congestion as well as provide interconnection to US 27/441.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

Project will encourage, enhance, and create economic benefits in terms of the movement of goods and services on US 27/441.� The project will also enhance evacuation routes in and out of the Central Florida Region.� The project will provide an alternate route that will include public transportation and district-wide ITS Technology implementation.
