SECOND YEAR FUNDING FOR THE DUAL DIAGNOSIS CONTINUUM PROJECT TO TREAT AND DIVERT MENTALLY ILL/ SUBSTANCE ABUSING RESIDENTS FROM INAPPROPRIATE SETTINGS. I.E JAILS, EMERGENCY ROOMS, ETC.
