Provide educational support for deaf children, vocational skills training for deaf adults, community outreach, HIV prevention, Anti-Tobacco education, psychological testing for deaf children and adults.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

Increase Deaf enrollment in colleges and universities, increase number of Deaf adults entering the workforce, reduction of HIV incidence among deaf community.
