Project Description:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A Day Treatment Program for middle school age emotionally disturbed or learning disabled children involved in Juvenile Justice System or at risk for Juvenile delinquent behaviors.Thisprogram will provide an array of services including academic tutoring, behavior modification, effective parenting training, improved socialization skills, pre-vocational planning, mental health and/or substance abuse treatment, teenage pregnancy prevention, self-esteem programming, value clarification.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

 

 

 

 

 

70% of the youth shall complete the program, as evidenced by attendance list and certificate of completion; 100% participant shall improve their academic performance by a minimum of one grade level as evidenced by pre and post testing; 100% of all youth shall complete all performance requirements in their performance plan, as evidenced by written discharge performance summary reports; 100% of all youth shall demonstrate 50% improvement in behavioral skills, measured by pre and post testing.
