Project Description:

Funding is being sought to purchase a 60 passenger bus to transport both preschool and school-age children to medical and dental appointments, after school care and educational field trips.� The children we serve are primarily from low income families and they would not otherwise have the opportunity for many of the services we provide.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

Due to an increase in our licensed capacity and Headstart guidelines requiring the Centers to provide additional services to a greater number of children, a new bus would allow us to provide all the necessary services in a safe and timely manner.
