A wide variety of practical and technical assistance services, including management training, to Florida-based Hispanic American entrepeneurs and business owners. No services offered duplicate services offered in the private sector.� There is no competition with the private sector; in fact, there is linkage/referrals to private businesses/services where available.

500 entrepreneurs serviced, $5,000,000 capital accessed; 200 jobs created/retained.
