Project Description:

This project relates to Chapter 216.052 by providing outreach information and in-home services to our senior population which services will allow our seniors to live comfortably in their own enviroment as opposed to a nursing home enviroment. The Senior Center can provide these services for approximately $2,000-$6,000 as contrasted to nursing home care at $35,000-$40,000.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

The operational facility for which the funds will be used will no longer have mortgage and the money we are having to use for the mortgage now can be applied to more in home services for our Seniors.
