STOP INFILTRATION INTO THE SEWER SYSTEM BY WATER FROM RAIN, ETC.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

STOP THE INAPPROPRIATE INFILTRATION OF WATER INTO THE SEWER LINES THAT CAUSE THE SEWAGE LINES TO OVERFLOW, CAUSING POTENTIAL DAMAGE TO THE WASTE WATER TREATMENT FACILITY.
