A capital outlay matching grant program (3:1) for completion of a museum educational facility with exhibition galleries, an auditorium and studio/classroom buildings for teaching programs in the visual arts.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

Credit and non-credit classes through the University of South Florida and St. Petersburg College Fine Arts Departments, interpretive educational tours for Tampa Bay children and public visitation.
