Collaborative State of Florida/Dreams Are Free improvement of quality and availibility of services to children with special learning needs and to patients, teachers of those children and their care providers.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

Through supportive education, students with special learning needs have measurable outcomes in educational success thorugh college level, productivity in community, persistence on jobs, reduced behavorial problems and lessened criminal involvement.
