Teach inner city youth (females) life skills to change delinquency behavior.� The program will teach them to address relationships, sex, dating and violence.� It uses the concept of female peers mentoring high-risk female youth.

Reduced teen pregnancy; increase job skills of females; increased graduation of disadvantaged youth (female).
