Project Description:

The money will provide for a small increase in the budget for the Physician's Recovery Network, which provides services to impaired health care professionals via contract with the Department of Health. The PRN monitors health care professionals with all types of disabilities, primarily sustance abuse, thereby helping to ensure the safety of the public. This $150,000 requested increase to the budget will provide for inflation and cost of living increases for the current, recurring budget.

The Phsician's Recovery Network will be able to continue to provide the services it has been providing to impaired practitioners.
