Introduces 285 at-risk, disadvantaged youth (ages six to 21) from blighted neighborhoods, children's shelters, adjudicated facilities and after-care programs to the world of Multimedia arts, remedial literacy programs and computer technology.� Using computer technology to bridge the gap of the digital divide.
