A special appropriation for construction of a Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commissions approved defensive driving facility to provide workforce training to students in a 6 county area and beyond in response to changes in state curriculum requirements.

Increased number of educational opportunites to be reflected in the number of citizens who are "work-ready" & the additional enhancement to our rural.
