Expansion of longterm residential substance abuse treatment for probationers at Phoenix House. Will provide drug treatment for 14 new probationers that will include comprehensive abuse treatment, education, vocation, medical and psychiatric services.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

Recommitment rate of drug offenders to DOC two years after treatment to less than 15 percent.
