Construction of a youth intervention center and ancillary facilities including lighted parking, walkways and paved picnic areas, signage, site furniture, and landscaping within the remaining 15 acres of the 30-acre Claude Pepper Park.� Programs include recreation, after-school activities, academic enrichment, computer skills, and community service.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

Number of participating youths; school improvement; antisocial behavior reduction; truancy rate and crime reduction; participation in social service activities.
