Project Description:

Manatee County is the only county of its size, in terms of percentage of older persons, that has no senior center.� To address this need, community leaders have been planning a regional senior center located in our county that will offer a broad array of services and activities with access to other community resources.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

20.500 seniors will utilize the service/resources each year.17,500 seniors will participate in the center's health programs and/or activities per year.
