Intensive support services for children and their families after a crisis.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

48 families will be served by trained teams to allow timely discharge from the CCSU, avoid expensive hospitalization and out of home placement. Recrutiment of trained foster families to bridge the gap until immediate family has developed the necessary skill to help their children is an option.
