The project addresses the needs for effective child representation for children currently mandated to receive guardian ad litem representation.� In addition, 100% of the 500 children anticipated to go through���� contested TPR cases in 2002 would receive the necessary advocacy and legal assistance needed.� See attachment.����������������������������

75% - 100% representation of child abuse victims.� Moving children through to safe permanent homes faster.����
