Project Description:

This project will provide quality and professional service in assisting substance abusers to lead normal productive drug free lives.� It will provide residential treatment as well as out patient supportive theraputic treatment.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

A more mentally healthy community and a substance abuse free environment, that will see drug addicts return to a more productive life.� In addition drug sales and usuage will decline, crime and prostitution will decline and the need for a large number of police officers working the area will also decline.
