The proposed project will empower the governing body of the agency, staff members, grassroots community members, and volunteers with the tools they currently need to develop, maintain and provide provide services in a professional fashion to the underserved families falling below the poverty line.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

The Emmaus Community Center will implement a program that evaluates the effectiveness and accessibility of the services it provides which competencies need for the delivery of quality services, professional continuing education, staff and program performance evaluation, chart review criteria, complain and incident review and data management utilization.
