Providing for removal of sediment from stormwater coming from a major FDOT drainage pipe before the stormwater enters the Halifax River system by constructing a baffle/retention pond treatment system 2 blocks west of the Halifax River at the northeast corner of the U.S.1/Big Tree Rd. intersection

Significantly reduces stormwater contaminants from U.S.-1 culvert out to Halifax River
