Project Description:

Provide public sanitary sewer collection system in Palm Grove residential subdivision (presently on septic tanks) including 18,000 l.f. of pipe, 70 manholes, 300 service connections, with street, driveway and stormwater culvert restoration.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

At least 300 single family detached units will be taken off of septic tanks and connected to the City's newly constructed sanitary sewer collection system.
