This project will design and procure right of way for the I-4 frontage road approximately 4 miles as a two lane rural road from SR 472 north to CR 4139. The project will access three area interchanges and will be located within the southwest activity center DRI and the Arvida "Victoria Park" DRI. The DRI's are forecasted to
