| Project Description: |
| Overtown Youth Center provides comprehensive educational services, as well as recreational, social and case management programs in conjunction with the local school district. Funding will enable the OYC to continue to serve academically challenged students by providing indiviualized tutoring,in-school academic guidance and monitoring easing the burden placed on teachers, whilce preventing struggling students from falling further behind in their academics. The requested funds will permit the OYC to increase enrollment. |
