| Project Description: |
| The purpose of this project is to change the secondary wastewater treatment process from RBC system to a phased isolation ditch. A phase isolation ditch is an elongated concrete structure with surface brush rotators for aerating influent sewage. The phased isloation mehtod requires less maintenance than the RBC. |
