| Project Description: |
| To provide additional funding to the Transportation Disadvantaged Program population of the state. The CTD indicated that 1,597,955 trips were denied in 2001 because of a lack of additional funding. Furthermore it is estimated that about one-third of the state's population is transportation disadvantaged. |
