Home Health Care Services to people living with alzheimers and to low income homebound elderly and frail individuals that are mentally or physically challenged in the Miami-Dade County area. Services such as homemaker, escort, home health aide, personal care assistance, chore, respite, sitter, shopping assistance and companionship.
