Project Description:
Prevention/intervention for older adults in efforts to prevent and reduce alcohol and medication misuse and related problems; including education, outreach, advocacy and the promotion of creative alternatives.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
At least 80 percent of the older adults and caretakers participating in services will gain an understanding of the interactions of alcohol and prescribed medications on their health, thereby helping them become better managers of their own health.
