Project Description:
Provide a motivational program beyond the regular shcool day (e.g. afetr school, Saturdays, evenings) designed to target at risk students. Provide intense reading acceleration program through teacher directed instruction, independent activities, and computer support enhancement.

It is anticipated that students participating in the Reading Success lab will increase their reading scores by "One year Growth" as defined by the Florida Department of Education, in order for twelfth grade at risk students to graduate.
