Project Description:
Bridges of America's 25 Drug and Alcohol Beds for Women at the St. Petersburg Bridge provides: treatment programs provided by certified professionals experienced in substance abuse treatment; case management team and quality care for all clients; living quarters; education about chemical dependency and identifying the underlying causes of addiction; intervention/assessment programs; encouragement to use links to the community including community based referrals; addressing secondary problems before offenders can successfully reenter the community as productive law-abiding citizens; life management skill-building; employement/re-entry component; use of community resources; graduation ceremony for all successful graduates.
