Project Description:
The number of HIV/AIDS infected individuals in Collier County continues to increase, and the existing state of medical care for this population is already overloaded. HIV/AIDS infeted inidviduals do not have a choice or quick accessibility in receiving comprehensive medical and social service care in Collier County. Funding will allow for the purchase of an existing building to provide existing services and addition of a clinic.

Increased utilization of medical and social services by individual infected with the HIV/AIDS virus; HIV/AIDS prevention outcomes and increased access to medical care to HIV/AIDS infected individuals not reciving care Expedited access to HIV/AIDS specialized medical and social service care.
