| Project Description: |
| Expand and enhance the existing elderly program to offer services to an additional 200 seniors from waiting list. Services offered will be health screening, nutrition, case management, isolation reduction through recreation and socialization programs, social counseling information and referral to other services, telephone counseling and outreach. |
