| The project will eliminate the City's direct discharge of wastewater into Holmes Creek and will establish an upland land application program. The project will improve the water quality in Holmes Creek, the Choctawhatchee River and Choctawhatchee Bay. The project is located in a Rural Area of Critical Economic Concern and is proposed in cooperation with the Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance, OWCC |
