| Project Description: |
| The Village of Palmetto Bay is still recovering from the devastating effects of Hurricane Andrew and the more recent " No Name Storm". These two storm events destroyed a significant amount of the Village and have caused ongoing issues associated with stormwater discharge. The Village of Palmetto Bay is a newly incorporated municipality located in southeast Miami-Dade County. The Village was incorporated in February 2002. During these infancy stages of incorporation, the Village is in need of several initial elements to begin implementing stormwater improvements and programs.
