| This project will provide for the extension of a water main from an existing small package plant to a regional water production facility operated by St. Lucie County. This existing package plant needs $200,000 in upgrades. The system is supported by only eighty-eight (88) customers and financial feasibility for customers to support necessary upgrades is poor. |
