Project Description: |
Assistive Care Services includes 24 hour, 7 days a week, on-site support. This is an all-inclusive housing model that will serve a total of forty-one (41) individuals who are severely and persistently mentally ill. Services will include on-site intensive care management, nutritionally y balanced meals, transportation to doctors, life skills program, daily housekeeping and laundry, utilities, furnished rooms, medication supervision.
