| Implementation of neighborhood watch programs in communities, educate newly arrival immigrants in dealing with law enforcement, educate youth in schools to better protect themselves against crime, train law enforcement in how to implement neighborhood watch programs in immigrant communitites throughout Florida, create Spanish, Creole, and English educational materials in crime prevention, homeland security and youth crime prevention. |
