| Infrastructure enhancements and reconstruction will foster hurricane evacuation preparedness for one of the state's hurricane prevalent areas. Park Boulevard is currently an evacuation route for the Gulf Beaches; however, the current infrastructure makes it a hazardous route, especially in times of emergency. Furthermore, improvements will increase mobility, while stimulating economic development through job creation and redevelopment. |
