| Project Description: |
| Redevelopment of Taylor Park will consists of two phases. Phase I will consist of clearing the proposed area and adding top-soil, an irrigation system and landscaping. This part of the phase is already underway and will be completed by the end of 2003. Phase II will consist of renovation and improving the existing mixed use playground/passive field. Included in Phase II will be the improvement of the playground/recreational park to include playground equipment and the construction of a volleyball court, picnic facilities and a restroom.
Also, the proposed project will construct an exercise trail that encircles the existing area and a fishing pier/boardwalk along the Aquabowl Lake so that citizens can freshwater fish and also enjoy the peace and tranquility of the lake.
