| Diagnostic center providing availability of x-rays, DSCAN and other diagnostic procedures to the residents of Gulf County, who presently must drive approximately 80 miles round trip for these tests. Also will provide a sliding fee scale for those who qualify |

| Measurable Outcome Anticipated: |
| 45% of all Gulf and Franklin County residents travel approximately 80 miles round trip to obtain diagnostic testing. A local diagnostic center will provide 100% access for prenatal ultrasound screening, improving infant mortality rates and 40% access for bone density scan, to allow prevention schedule to be developed for osteoporsis. Availability of mammagram evaluations will increase 100% for both Gulf and Franklin Counties, providing early detection and improved outcome for breast cancer patients identified. |
