Project Description:
The JAM program will introduce high school students ages 13-18 to the world of digital media and broadcast journalism through hands-on learning workshops and internship programs at Island TV studios. Students will write and produce a mini documentary which will be presented at a special screening. Students will complete a minimum of 3 to 7 documented projects featuring artistic expression, cultural tradition and political and educational initiatives in a video format.
